Daniel has been composing original music for over 10 years. He has composed original scores to media projects in film/TV and video games and has composed, orchestrated and arranged music for independent singer/songwriters as well as events such as weddings. His work has been featured in the Yorkton Film Festival and on CBC.
perform
Daniel has been performing music for almost 20 years. With a bachelor’s degree in piano performance and Royal Conservatory of Music training, he is well versed in classical piano and can perform jazz, pop, rock and more. Winner of the Carleton University 2016 Chamber Music Award, Daniel has performed as a soloist and in events and ensembles such as the Kinsmen Music Festival, the Ottawa Music Festivals Association and annual chamber music recitals at Carleton University. Daniel can happily provide piano performance for your gala, wedding, dinner, or ceremony.

Daniel also offers music education in piano performance and music theory, striving to help others hear and express music in each their own way. The fundamental aim of art is expression in a world where art is an artifact of human emotion that survives us by millennia. It is a remnant of our existence that chronicles and even shapes our experiences. Music is no exception. Therefore, to paraphrase Hans Christian Andersen, “Where words fail, let music speak.”
